ZHU LING (Polyporus Grifolia (Umbellate Pore-fungus), Polyporus),
FU LING (Tuckah (Poria), Poria),
BAI ZHU(White Atractylodes Tuber, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),
GUI ZHI(Cinnamon Twigs, Ramulus Cinnamomi),

How to use:
Oral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
