How payment works

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major debit and credit cards. In the basket and at checkout you can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, where your device supports them.

Your card is charged when you place your order. All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). Transactions show on your card statement as being made by Healthylicious Ltd or healthylicious.co.uk.

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code. This check is called 3D Secure and protects your card from misuse. Follow your bank’s steps and you will return to the checkout.

If a payment is declined

If your bank declines the payment, the order is not placed. You can try again or use another card. Only your card issuer can tell you why a card was declined.

Card security

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

If you choose to save a card for future purchases, Stripe stores it securely. You can remove saved cards in My account at any time.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Our Terms & Conditions explain cancellations and returns. For any question about a payment, contact our customer services team.
