This notice explains what personal information Healthylicious Ltd collects when you use healthylicious.co.uk, why we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have. Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

Healthylicious Ltd is the data controller for this website. Our address is Crown House, 4 High Street, Tyldesley, Manchester M29 8AL, United Kingdom. For any question about your information, email admin@healthylicious.co.uk or use our contact form.

What we collect and why

  • Orders. Your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and what you ordered. We need these to take payment, deliver your order and keep you updated about it (to perform our contract with you), and we keep order and invoice records because tax law requires it.
  • Your account. If you create an account, we keep your login details, saved addresses and order history so you can sign in and reorder.
  • Messages. When you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
  • Reviews. If you review a product, we publish your review and the name you give. Your email address is not published.
  • Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe uses information about your device and payment to prevent fraud.
  • Analytics, only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the shop, such as pages viewed and the site that referred you, so we can improve it. We also record which site or campaign brought you to us when you place an order.

Please do not send us health information unless it is needed. If you include it in an order note or a message, we use it only to deal with that order or question.

Who we share it with

  • Delivery companies (Royal Mail and UPS): your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, so they can deliver your parcel and contact you about it.
  • Stripe: to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Google: website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Our website host and IT support, who run the servers and email for this site.

We do not sell your personal information. Stripe and Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the shop to work: they keep your basket, keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and let Stripe check payments for fraud in the basket and at checkout. These are always on.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and the cookies that record which site referred you stay off unless you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

  • Order and invoice records: six years after the end of the financial year of the order, as UK tax law requires.
  • Your account: until you ask us to close it.
  • Messages: as long as we need them to answer you and deal with any follow-up.
  • Analytics data: for the limited period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you or another organisation. You can object to our use of your information, and withdraw consent you have given (for example to analytics cookies) at any time. Some records, such as invoices, we must keep by law. To use any of these rights, email admin@healthylicious.co.uk. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Children

Our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
