- BAI SHAO YAO (White Peony Root, Radix Paeoniae Alba)
- FU LING (Tuckah (Poria), Poria)

How to useOral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
