High humidity and prevailing ground fogs gave this tea its name. Grown in the western part of Zhejiang at atitudes of around 800m where the days are mainly sunny and not too hot!
The finished leaves are dark green, evenly worked and slightly curly. The infusion is shiny and scenty but smooth and grassy. The flavor is surprisingly fresh with spinach-like aromas - perhaps slightly in the direction of a Japanese green tea!
This particular tea should be brewed at a water temperature of 75-80 deg for best results
