• DA ZAO (Black Chinese Date (Jujube), Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae)
• YUAN ZHI (Polygala Root, Radix Polygalae)
• LONG YAN ROU (Longan Aril, Arillus Longan)
• FU LING (Tuckah (Poria), Poria)
• BAI ZHU (White Atractylodes Tuber, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)
• HUANG QI (Astragalus Root, Radix Astragali)
• DANG GUI (Chinese Angelica Root, Radix Angelicae Sinensis)
• DANG SHEN (Codonopsis Root (Pilose Asiabell Root), Radix Codonopsis)
• MU XIANG (Costus Root, Radix Aucklandiae)

How to useOral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
