• WU WEI ZI (Schizandra Fruit, Fructus Schisandrae)
• ROU CONG RONG (Cistanche, Herba Cistanches)
• TU SI ZI (Dodder Seed, Semen Cuscutae)
• SHU DI HUANG (Prepared Rehmannia Root, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata)

How to useOral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
