• HUANG BAI (Phellodendron Bark (Corktree Bark), Cortex Phellodendri)
• SHU DI HUANG (Prepared Rehmannia Root, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata)
• GOU QI ZI (Wolfberry Fruit, Fructus Lycii)
• ZHI MU (Anemarrhena Tuber, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae)
• SHAN ZHU YU (Dogwood Fruit, Fructus Corni)

How to useOral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
