• SHAN YAO (Chinese Yam, Rhizoma Dioscoreae)
• BIAN DOU (Dolichos Seed (Hyacinth Bean), Semen Dolichoris Album)
• YI YI REN (Job's tears Seed (Coix Seed), Semen Coicis)
• SHA REN (Grains Of Paradise, Fructus Amomi)
• JIE GENG (Balloon-Flower Root (Platycodon Root), Radix Platycodi)

How to useOral take 3-4 tablets each time with warm water, 1/2 hour after meals, 2 times a day. For children under 12, half the dose.
