Shipping guide
1. Despatch schedule:
Items that are marked as "in stock" will usually be shipped in 48 hours. For various reasons it is not always possible for us to guarantee that "in stock" items will actually be in stock at all times. If this is the case one of our customer services team will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. They will offer options and suggest alternatives and await your instruction before proceeding with the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will email the customer the dispatch/tracking information.
2. UK Shipping Methods and Costs:
£4.15 flat for under 2kg and free delivery for over £60. We use Royal Mail Tracked Signed For 48 (2 days delivery service).
Customers can track the delivery on the UK Royal Mail website.
Customers will have options to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next day but no guarantee) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (guarantee next day delivery after posting) services.
3. Shipping Cost for Europe / International Posts:
Postage cost will depend on the weight of items and the delivery method you choose.
Please put items into the shopping cart, and login (or register if you are first time customer),
then click "checkout", the website will tell you the shipping cost.
(UK Royal Mail restricts weight limit sending to abroad. Each Parcel cannot be above 2kg. If items total weight is above the 2kg limit, the shipping page will show "Sorry but there are no shipping options to your address at this time!". Please separate your items into two orders.)
4. Europe / International Delivery Methods
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed:
Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and online delivery confirmation.
Customers can track the delivery on UK Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail International Tracked:
Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.
Customers can track the delivery on the UK Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail International Signed:
Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and is only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.
Customers can track the delivery until it leaves the UK on the UK Royal Mail website.

For the Republic of Ireland, customers can also choose carrier delivery (sent by UK Parcel Force and delivered by GLS Europe).

5. Import Duty, Tax and Restrictions/prohibitions
Customers from outside of the European Union please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.
Additionally, please note that due to the nature of the products we sell, some countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on such products. Customers are liable to make sure our products comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they are receiving the goods.
In the event that the products are destroyed or seized by the local government, we cannot provide any reimbursements or refund any fees you have paid for your order.
In the event that the products are returned back to us, we can only refund the cost of the products. We cannot reimburse delivery costs, as it is used to cover the initial delivery.
